Strings Repair
Luthier Johnathan Stone Johnathan has been repairing string instruments at Rayburn and making instruments independently since 1998. He is a graduate of the North Bennet Street School in Boston, the String Instrument Restoration program at Oberlin College in Ohio, and the Bow Making/Repair Program at the University of New Hampshire, and has completed an ear training course at the New England Conservatory. He has studied with Vahakn Nigogosian, Gregg Alf, Joseph Curtin, Christopher Germain, Rodney Mohr, Benjamin Ruth, Arthur Toman, and Marilyn Wallin.
